Policies
Before all services please ensure that eyelashes are cleaned and free of makeup and oil, to ensure that the appointment goes as smoothly as possible.
A deposit of 50% of overall service cost is required within 48 hours to confirm your booking, which is non-refundable/non-transferable.
If cancellation or rescheduling must permit, please inform lash technician at least 1-3 hours before scheduled appointment. Failure to advise of cancellation will result in forfeiure security deposit.
Important Tips
Eyelash extensions can last until the lashes naturally fall out, which is usually around 4-8 weeks and depending on how compatible they are with your skin's PH.
To maintain your full look, please schedule a refill every 2-3 weeks, we will see how your lashes are lasting.
Lash extensions compliment, but do not damage your natural lashes. Be careful not to rub or pull out your lashes, as this can cause damage to your hair follicles.
Lash Extension Aftercare
Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours.
Avoid waterproof mascara, cleansers, moisturizes, and other oil-based eye products. Use only oil-free makeup remover on your eyes.
Do not perm, tint or use a clamp-style eyelash curler on your extensions. Eyelash combs are great for grooming your lashes every morning.
After showering, blot your lashes dry, you may blow-dry on cool to rejuvenate the fluffiness.
DO NOT PULL OFF EXTENSIONS OR RUB YOUR EYES.
